Mr. Spiro’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation. He has participated in representing clients in federal and state court at all stages of litigation. Mr. Spiro currently represents clients in cases involving intellectual property and health care fraud claims, among other matters.
Mr. Spiro also has substantial experience assisting relators to obtain recoveries under the False Claims Act, including particular experiences with claims involving the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini, Mr. Spiro was associated with Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP and Clifford Chance US.LLP. Mr. Spiro also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane A. Restani, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
