Mr. Shooman’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation. He has participated in representing clients in federal and state court proceedings at all stages of litigation. He has experience representing Fortune 500 companies in securities litigation, antitrust matters, as well as individuals targeted by the government in white collar criminal investigations.
Prior to joining Stone & Magnanini, Mr. Shooman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Esther Salas, United States Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to clerking, Mr. Shooman was associated with the firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City.
