Partner Amy Walker Wagner Serves as a Panelist at NJICLE Live Seminars: “E-Discovery Primer? How to Gather and Use Electronically Stored Information (ESI)”

Stone & Magnanini partner Amy Walker Wagner was a co-panelist for two live seminars presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a division of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Presented in different regions of New Jersey, the seminars titled “E-Discovery Primer? How to Gather and Use Electronically Stored Information (ESI)”, were held on March 24, 2015 and April 21, 2015. The presentations provided a nuts and bolts discussion of e-discovery, including an interactive dialogue about what is required of litigation teams when dealing with e-discovery issues and understanding the e-discovery process of collection, review and production, cost-shifting, privilege concerns, and social media.
