Stone & Magnanini Partner Amy Walker Wagner was a co-presenter for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s live CLE program “Ethical Issues Involving Electronically Stored Info” held on December 15, 2014.  The program’s panel examined the ethical obligations attorneys have when dealing with electronic information and communications in their transactional, litigation, and business practices. The panel explored the relevant Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the ethical obligations for attorneys in the digital age to keep up with technology, to protect confidentiality in electronic communications, and how to avoid pitfalls such as the waiver of privilege and work-product communication, as well as the use and abuse of the internet, social media and cloud services.  For more information on the webinar, including a full agenda click here.
